Who the consent is given to

Consent is given to Laykil Shop Cleaning LLC, the Laykil Shop brand, to process the data that a visitor enters themselves into the cleaning estimate form.

Purposes of processing

Preparing a preliminary estimate, clarifying the task, reaching out the chosen way, agreeing on the scope, the price, the date and the time of the visit. Consent does not include marketing emails or publication of data.

List of data

Name, phone, contact method, cleaning and property type, size, rooms, bathrooms, desired date, neighborhood or address without an apartment number, extra tasks and a comment. Optional fields are processed only if the visitor fills them in.

Allowed actions

Receiving, recording, organizing, accumulating, storing, updating, retrieving, using for the listed purposes, sharing with an employee or contractor to the necessary extent, blocking, deleting and destroying. Processing may be automated or not.

Term and withdrawal

Consent stays in effect until the purposes are met or it is withdrawn, unless retaining the data is required by law. A withdrawal can be sent to the operator's email, mentioning the contact used in the request.

How the choice is confirmed

Before the form is sent, the visitor checks a separate box themselves. The site records the fact of consent together with the request; without confirmation the form is not sent.
