Only when there is safe access to the glass from inside. High-rise work and rope access are not part of the service.

What if it is windy or rainy on the cleaning day?

The coordinator assesses the conditions and offers to move the outside part if the weather gets in the way of a safe, tidy result.

Can you remove film and paint marks after a renovation?

We first check the soil and the material of the frame or glass. We agree on whether cleaning is possible before we start.

Hard access

Fixed outside sections and work at height without safe access are not part of a regular visit.

Extra tasks

We'll add the tasks you need to the checklist and agree the cost before the visit.

Screens: We clean removable screens when they can be taken down and put back safely.
Post-renovation marks: We assess reachable film, tape and construction-dust marks on the frames and glass.
Balcony floor and walls: We add a damp clean of the floor, the sills and the reachable finish of the balcony.
Interior partitions: We count glass doors and partitions as separate sections.
