Task and initial state
We pin down the starting point before agreeing on the scope of work.
Task
Remove fine construction dust and prepare the renovated rooms for the owner’s final walkthrough.
Initial state
Drywall dust had reached the trim, glazing and cabinet interiors, while small tape and grout traces remained on finished surfaces.
What we did
The scope of work applies to this property and doesn't replace a preliminary estimate.
- Collected the dust with shop vacuums, working top to bottom
- Cleaned the frames, glass and windowsills
- Removed localized grout and tape residue
- Re-wiped hard surfaces after the dust settled
What was tricky
New wood, stone and painted cabinetry required separate products and spot tests before full cleaning.
Result
The glazing, cabinetry and floors passed the handover walkthrough with no visible construction film.
